Using a survey questionnaire of about 20 questions, Glassdoor.com, a job searching, salary review and career website published their annual best places to work in 2012. On the survey, Glassdoor.com asked questions regarding employees’ attitudes about company including topics related to career, communication, salary, benefits, awards, leadership, diversity, and fairness.
Facebook’s overall score was 4.3 and captured the number 3 spot of Top 50 winners. CEO Mark Zuckerberg received an 89% approval rating from their employees.
Google’s CEO Larry Page received a 92% approval rating from Googlers. The world’s largest search engine captured the number 5 spot of Top 50 winners and had an overall score of 4.0.
The world’s largest mobile devices company was ranked number 10 of top 50. Apple’s new CEO Tim Cook received a 96% approval rating from their employees. On a scale of max 5.0, Apple’s overall score was a 3.9.
