Too bad for this year’s back-to-school must-bring list: toilet paper

As schools in many states in America cut budgets and reduce services, new students must bring their own paper tower.  In the old days, students usually bring only glue sticks, scissors and crayons.   In their first day school this week at an Elementary School in Honolulu Hawaii, students must attend school with a four-pack of toilet paper, reported cnbc.com.  This is a new era in schools across America with many public schools cutting budgets, lay-off teachers, larger class sizes, and less basic supplies for students.
