
The fear of sudden death by working long hours at job might be true. Based on a new study at the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health and University College London, a team of researchers found people who work over 10 hours per day are very likely to increase chance of building up heart disease and potentially side effect of a heart attack, as published by
health.com. Researchers believe working too long hours within a span of 24 hours could hurt a worker’s heart although it is not a stressful job.
