Citing data from OnBoard Informatics, Bloomberg BusinessWeek published a list of best ‘not so pricey’ suburbs in America for median income family, as reported by MSN. Criteria to be selected in the top-10 include the suburb near a major city, with low crime rate, and affordable housing.
On top of the list is Fishers, Indiana, where the average price of house is $174,438. Of the10 suburbs, the most expensive housing price is located in Clark, New Jersey, with the average housing price of $380,500. Most people work in New York City but have their home in New Jersey.
