
America’s space agency, NASA, has launched a new spacecraft into orbit from a California base on Monday morning (Dec 14). The spacecraft which also known as Wide-Field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE) will take million photographs in the sky during night time. According to
latimes.com, WISE will use infrared technology to take photographs of any objects in the universe, including asteroids, stars, and far-distance planets. The spacecraft cost over $300 million and will continue orbiting Earth for about ten months.
