Transparency International, the world watch dog to fight against corruption has published a new ranking for the 2009 Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI). The data was based on over ten independent surveys conducted during 2009. The highest ranking indicates a clean government with transparency, while lowest ranking means really corrupt country.
