California budget gap

A latest report published by California's Legislative Analyst's Office showing California is on the financial difficulty for current and next fiscal years, as reported by reuters.com.  As per the report, the largest and most populous state in America will face a budget gap of over $21 billion for the next twelve months.   California continues to cut its spending as revenues from state tax dropped significantly since economic crisis hit America about two years ago.
