
During a stop over Hong Kong, American Navy admiral, Rear Adm. Kevin Donegan, told a group of press corps that the latest China military buildup concerning to the region, as reported by
AP news. According to the military source, China increased its spending over 15% during the fiscal year 2009. Military experts believe China spent over $71 billion to upgrade its military this year alone, including such as new ships, submarines, warplanes and other sophisticated weapons systems.
