The City Council of Honolulu, Hawaii, is working on a new bill that will enforce $500 fine (or serve up to 6 months in prison) for any stinky passengers using public transit. According to the new bill, it includes “such odors arise from one's person, clothes, articles, accompanying animal or any other source." Other prohibitions for Hawaii public transit riders include spitting, urinating, drugs intoxicated and drunk passengers.
