America second largest city, Los Angeles City Council has approved unanimously a new law that required homeowners to add anti-graffiti coating on their houses or buildings. According to nbclosangeles.com, houses or buildings without the anti-graffiti coating will have to pay fine around $550 if some vandals put graffiti on the property. Los Angeles home owners also required to remove any graffiti on their property within seven days after seeing the graffiti. Owners also must clean up their property within 72 hours from a notice submitted by Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety.
