In anticipating of the new Apple iPhone 5 which is to be launched sometime in mid-September this year, Microsoft Skype offers its Apple iOS users with much better features. Skype improves its mobile applications for both iPhone and iPad.
One of the new features is photo sharing for iOS devices. The new feature will allow users to send pictures to friends or family members, after they took those photos with their iPad or iPhone camera. Users do not have to worry about the picture size as they can send any large size photos. While sending pictures users can still do multiple tasks including answering Skype phone calls when someone calling in, and utilizing IM to chat with friends and family members.
The technology team at Skype also improves users’ hardware performance. The latest mobile application will take less battery life. Previously version of Skype could drain the battery faster than usual.
