The largest state in America continues to add more jobs in June 2012. California added about 38,300 nonfarm jobs one month ago. There were several hot sectors in June, including trade, transportation, leisure and hospitality (hotels), and construction.
According to the latest labor data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics which was later cited by latimes.com, the unemployment rate in California was at 10.7% in June 2012. This rate was the third highest in America. The state of Nevada remained the highest at 11.6% and followed by the second spot Rhode Island at 10.9%.
