There are 700 million Facebook users in the world in May 2011 with top five countries include America (150 million), Indonesia (38 million), Britain (31.5 million), Turkey (29 million), and India (26 million)

By the end of May 2011, the total users count for Facebook social networking website is about 700 million users.  The top five countries in term of total users include America with 150 million users, Indonesia 38 million users, Britain 31.5 million users, Turkey 29 million users, and India 26 million users.

As per data from socialbakers.com, Brazil is now the top growing country with a total of 19 million Facebook users.  The South America nation who is popular with its tradition of Carnival parades and 2014 FIFA World Cup hosting added about 2 million users since last month. 

The second top growing country is Indonesia with a total of 38 million Facebook users as this archipelagos islands nation added about 1.5 million users since last month.   According to socialbakers.com, 90% of Facebook users in this country are 34 years old and younger.
