America's unemployment rates for October hit a record high of 26-year at 10.2%

The official unemployment rate for October was at 10.2%, as reported by Bloomberg.com.  Several large states continued to have high record rates of unemployment in October, including California and Florida.  As per the report, we've seen auto-industry in America starting to recovery, but Michigan had the highest unemployment rate at 15.1% in America.   The casino state, Nevada, has the second highest jobless rate at 13%.
